Bible Baptist was founded in 1980 by a small group of committed Christians who saw a need and set out to fill it. While we live in a small home-town area, there are many who have not turned their lives over to Christ. Bible Baptist is a beacon to all who are hurting, those who are lost as well as those who have strayed from their daily walk with Christ. Our desire is to be a light on a hill in a dark world pointing all to an empty cross and an empty tomb which is proof of our risen savior.
Bible Baptist is a fundamental, independant Baptist Church. We stand on the infallible word of God - The Authorized Version: The King James Bible. We believe in a literal 7 day creation, that God became flesh and dwelt among us in the person of Jesus Christ who was crucified and buried but arose on the third day and ascended to the Father, in a church that is a bride, set apart for her groom and awaiting his imminant return.
We have a diverse worship service with traditional hymns, southern gospel, contemporary Christian mixed with choir selections. This is followed by Holy Spirit filled preaching. Giving us the ability to offer our praise to the Lord in multiple ways. We welcome you to our church with open arms and are looking for those that want to work for the Lord.
